SB Quilt Cover

Some years ago, after returning from an overseas posting, I headed straight for my trusty sewing machine and decided to make some new quilt covers for our single beds in the Guest Room.
I was really happy with what I'd done at the time - and they are still being used many years later - but now every time I look at them, I can see what shape my head was in when we first arrived back. What I thought were great blocks joined together, I now see a mess of colours and shapes that simply highlight a sorry story.
However, they are still in use and bring a smile to my face when I look at them and remember how far my head has come since then.
