Bags - for all sorts of reasons

I guess, when I look at what I've made, one could say that I like bags - but not just "hand bags" but rather bags for this and that - and so I have made bags for "this or that"; and here are some that fit the bill:

Hexie Bag
This was my soft Back-Pack to which I added some appliqué (and sadly, this bag was part of the stuff which was stolen at JFK Airport in 2017), along with my iPhone and iPad, as well as a favourite scarf my niece gifted me from South America (sob, sob).

Fat Quarter Bag/Tub
We made this at one of local quilt club workshops.

Small Iron Bag
And this is a small bag which I made and which perfectly holds my small iron which I take to workshops, Camps and when we go away and I take P&Q stuff with me.

Russian Bag
This is my "Russian Bag", named because of the fabric range I love! I use it to keep my bits and pieces of sewing stuff in when I travel or going somewhere that I can do some hand-craft work!

Laptop Bag
For when we go to meetings, conferences and the like - an easy way to carry the laptop around - and everyone knows it belongs to us! It's rather unique, don't you think?

iPad Bag
Another unique bag for my iPad - makes it easy to take with me - it has everything I need in one place - even the stylus!

Snap Bag

Wow! We must have loads of workshops through our Club as this is another one! A Snap Bag! The enclosure "snaps" back into place once you take your hands off the opening!!! It's like magic!!! It has a boxed base, so it sits nicely on the table - just perfect for who-knows-what!!!

Tatting Bag
This one is all my own work, planning and design!
In a lifetime a long time ago, I used to do quite a bit of tatting and needed something in which to carry my work around. The bag has inside pockets and pouches suitable for all a Tatter could want!!!! It's not very big - it almost fits in the palm of one's hand!!!

My 3-Zipper Bag
(AKA my current shoulder bag)
I found this pattern as a video on the web and thought "what a great idea, let's make it"! So I did and I've used it nearly every day since! It will soon be worn out!!!
Ah! Another project without a photo - let me grab a photo of it!...

Done!!! It's by far the best bag I've ever made and the best part is that it's too small to hold the kitchen sink!

Watch this space for more bags... and more there are!!!!
